From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome — they were warm, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout my stay. You can really tell they care about their guests. The entire place is spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything looks and smells so fresh and clean, which made it feel even more relaxing. It’s one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in, and that attention to detail really stood out. Another huge plus: it's pet-friendly! It was such a relief to find a place that not only allows pets but actually makes them feel at home too. My furry companion was just as comfortable as I was. The location is also fantastic — close to everything I needed, whether it was a walk to a nearby café or a quick drive to local attractions. Super convenient. Iv stayed in this hotel twice now and it’s amazing value for the money. Having dogs can make it very hard to find a place to stay but at TOR PARK HOTEL our pets are made to feel as comfortable as the guests! The staff are kind & welcoming and the manger is a polite good hearted man always willing to help in anyway he can to make the guests feel satisfied and heard. Remember if your choosing the cheapest hotel on the website don’t expect 5 star rooms they are standard rooms with excellent service. I understand the hotel has taken new management and I know they will make this hotel to a much higher standard in time
